On October 30, 2025, in accordance with relevant Chinese laws and regulations and the company's articles of association, and upon deliberation and unanimous approval by all director,Zheng Zhenyu was elected as the Chairman of Robonets,with his term starting from the date when the board resolution was adopted.

Mr. Zheng Zhenyu is currently a director of Mengdong Mine Construction, a leading enterprise in mountain transportation contracting. He has decades ofexperience in the mining industry，has participated in the development of the mining industry from different perspectivespossesses solid mine operation and management capabilities and professional technical knowledge,and is a versatile manager who grew up in the frontline of the mining industry.

After assuming office, Chairman Zheng Zhenyu expressed his gratitude to the board of directors, shareholders, and all employees, and put forward directional plans for the company's future development. Company directors Li Yamin and Liu Jianbin attended the inauguration ceremony together.
